RiskOn360! Global Success Conference is an annual business conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 3 day conference brings in world class speakers from around the country to teach entrepreneurs and business owners how to grow their business. The goal is to build a community of like-minded individuals that are willing to take risks and adapt as the business world changes with the growth of artificial intelligence.

Social Media
My goal for RiskOn360’s social media platforms was to build a community for our conference attendees. I accomplished this by collaborating with our speakers and attendees on a weekly basis. One of the ways I do this is by rewarding followers who participate in giveaways and guessing games. Social media was also a great way to share conference updates ie. speaker announcements and ticket discounts with our followers. Frequency in posts increases as the conference gets closer each year. In the “off-season” I focused on early-bird discounts and sharing video clips, testimonials from attendees, and pictures from the previous conference.
Graphic Design
When I took over the brand's social media, Robert Lyons had created a strong brand identity and brand templates for me to use. We work together to constantly update our current templates so we can stay on brand while also producing fresh designs for our audience.
Email Marketing
A large part of the marketing strategy revolved around email marketing to a list of over 10,000 people. Each email served as an exclusive update or opportunity for the contact. By creating stunning graphics and striking subject lines I was able to sell tickets.
Web Design
I was presented with the task of creating a landing page for the conference that we could link all of the digital ads to. The idea was to create an informative website but also quickly grab the viewer and create a sense of urgency to purchase tickets.
Video Production
Editing and producing video content was vital to the marketing strategy as we used video content on websites, digital ads, social media pages, youtube, and more. My first step was to take over 20 hours of footage from the previous conference to segment videos into keynotes, fireside chats, and panels. From there, social media cuts under 1 minute were used to post on social media platforms. Another strategy for video content was to use previous and current speakers along with attendees to share testimonials. This not only increases our reach by expanding our audience, it also builds trust with new attendees. With the help of Kalik Osborne, he produced short videos of the 2024 speakers. We used these videos to collaborate with the speakers online as well as build excitement for the upcoming conference.
